- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a large pot.
- Add onions, peppers, and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add spices, tomatoes, beans, and broth. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Substitute ground turkey with ground chicken if preferred.
