Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Season or marinate your minute steak according to your preference.
- If pan-searing before oven cooking, heat a skillet with a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the steak for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the steak to a preheated oven and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until your desired doneness is achieved. Remember, minute steaks cook quickly!
- Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
