- 1 onion, chopped

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Notes
Feel free to add more chili flakes if you prefer your ramen extra spicy. You can also add additional toppings such as boiled eggs, green onions, or bamboo shoots.
