- Drain and rinse the canned new potatoes.
- Pat dry the potatoes with a clean kitchen towel.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
- Season with salt, pepper, dried rosemary, and garlic powder.
- Toss the potatoes until they’re well coated in the seasonings.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
