- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your electric roaster to 325°F (163°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, and paprika.
- Pat the roast dry with paper towels, then rub the entire surface with olive oil.
- Apply the seasoning mixture evenly to the roast, ensuring all sides are well coated.
- Place the seasoned roast on the roasting rack in the preheated electric roaster.
- Cook the roast for 20-25 minutes per pound, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare or 145°F (63°C) for medium.
- Remove the roast from the electric roaster and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

- For a more intense flavor, marinate the roast with the seasoning mixture for up to 24 hours before cooking.
