- 1 onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until they begin to soften.
- Add the sliced leftover steak to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together and cook until the steak is heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
